First, choose the right hammock, straps, & carabiners to match your body weight.
If the temperature is lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit, then you need to consider having a sleeping bag or hammock quilt to keep you warm. Hammocks have 0 insulation, so they get very cold, very quickly.
Sleeping in a hammock might not be as comfortable as you expect. You should consider bringing a hammock sleeping pad with you to ensure you get a good night of sleep.
Always make sure you are in a safe area from wildlife (e.g. not near a wasp nest) & consider bringing a bug net with you.
Make sure you bring everything you need with you on your next hammock camping trip so you have a safe & enjoyable night of sleep.
